A little bit of history...

A Grade Signage, a Melbourne based Sign & Engraving company was established in 1986. Isaak and Michael Masion (father and son) was a perfect combination; Isaak (born in Russia, and emigrated to Australia in 1980) with over 35 years experience in engraving and toolmaking, and Michael - fresh out of high school full of bright new ideas on business and technology.

In 1988 the business moved to Moorabbin and we invested in our first large format CNC router. This was one of the first machines of it's type in Melbourne, and heralded a technological revolution. Michael becomes the General Manager. In 2004 the factory moved to Ferntree Gully and then to Bayswater.

And now:

We have a small, very dedicated team of staff, with tremendous industry experience. Our range of machines and equipment extends far beyond our latest Large Format CNC; with tool and cutter grinders we are able to produce our own tools and cutters, guillotines, stud-welders, styrene cutters and the list goes on... Small spray booth, HVLP spray system and UV drying oven means we can offer fast, cost-effective spray painting in-house. With over 12 years experience and training, Michael does the spray-painting himself to ensure best possible finish! In keeping up with technology, we've joined the printed sign revolution by investing in a Roland six colour, large format "Print and Cut" solution. This offers vibrant colour Eco-Solv. printing with the convenience of a built in vinyl cutter, at a large scale.

Constant Quality Improvement (CQI) - instead of being complacent, we are always looking to improve our service, level of finish and offer our customers better prices. This means constantly exploring new ideas, materials and technology.
